The journey begins with Welcome Bites, Wagyu Beef Tacos layered with caramelised onion and avocado, Bruschetta with creamy buffalo mozzarella and fragrant basil, and Mini Truffle Hot Dogs in buttery brioche, topped with silky truffle mayo. Each bite is playful, bold, and perfect with a sparkling cocktail in hand, as the gentle sea breeze dances across the terrace.

Every Monday to Wednesday from 12 PM to 5 PM, Eva Beach Club at Palm West Beach transforms into a serene escape designed just for her. More than just a day out, it is an invitation to bask in the midday sun, indulge in exceptional flavours, and toast to moments of pure indulgence

Start with an array of sharing style cold starters: Gillardeau Oysters with lemon and mignonette, delicate cured salmon tacos, truffle kissed beef carpaccio, creamy burrata with organic tomatoes, and a crispy duck salad laced with cashews and sesame.

Guests can elevate their afternoon further with bespoke beverage packages. From handcrafted mocktails like the Virgin Kapalua to free-flowing wines, spirits, or the premium experience featuring cocktails such as the Cool Bramble and Caramel Kiss – every sip is designed to match the mood.

When the sun dips, the energy ignites. As brunch melts into golden hour, Eva’s Sunday Sunset Party takes over, three hours of pure seaside seduction. From 5 PM to 8 PM, the tempo shifts, cocktails shimmer, and the beach turns electric.

Whether unwinding after the week or celebrating with friends, Eva’s relaunched Friday Evening Brunch invites you to dine by the tide, surrounded by music, moonlight, and memories that linger long after the night ends.

Your main course becomes the night’s centerpiece. Choose from Wagyu short ribs slow-braised to velvet perfection, corn-fed roasted chicken laced with fresh truffle and charred broccolini, grilled sea bream bathed in lemon-butter elegance, or linguine lobster rich with bisque and cherry tomato.
